If your wireless connection fails to meet the 512kbps minimum 'down' speed, you'll need to either upgrade your connection, or gain regular access to a system that has ADSL/Cable/Fibre for the duration of the course. Microphone and printer: You will need a computer microphone to complete one assessment task and a printer if you wish hardcopy versions of the learning materials. Software: You will need Microsoft Office to complete many of your assessment tasks at the College. If you are familiar with Open Office, you may use it to complete your assessment tasks provided you save your work in Office format. The College doesn't provide support for Open Office, nor does it take any responsibility for corrupted or unreadable files made in Open Office. The College provides free video training and support as well as free limited live support for Microsoft Office. |
