Description:
The intended purpose of this qualification is to provide students with appropriate training, knowledge and workplace skills to enable them to apply for employment as:
- Police Officers - State, Territory and Federal
- Protective Service Officers
- Translink Officers
- Justice professionals in administrative and managerial positions
- Local Government enforcement officers
- All other public or private organisations within the justice industry
Our Diploma of Justice Studies is a 'relevant Diploma' and attracts an 'A' rating for education in the Queensland Police Service merit based selection process.
In addition, it satisfies the educational entry requirements for people who wish to apply for the Queensland Police Service via the Tertiary Entry Pathway and have less than 3 years of full time work experience.
Entry pathways into this qualification:
Good level of English literacy required.
Study options:
Workshops: All students are welcome to attend one, some or all Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sydney Saturday workshops or Melbourne and Canberra weekend workshops all 9am-5pm and study the rest from home at your pace.
External: Study at your pace without attending workshops using our comprehensive online system and seven day a week support.
Study duration: College courses are very flexible and can be studied at each students pace depending on work, family and sporting commitments.
The average study time for this course is 36 weeks (approx 20 hours study per week) with a maximum completion time of two years for the busy student.

$3995 - includes 39292QLD Certificate IV in Justice Studies
Everything is included in the course fee.
DURATION:
36 weeks on average and includes the QLD39292 Certificate IV in Justice Studies study requirements (may be studied faster or slower) - maximum two years for the busy student.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Option 1: $504 to accompany enrolment then $399 each month, after course commencement, for nine months. This payment plan option includes an additional administration fee of $100.
Option 2: $1000 to accompany enrolment then a 2nd payment of $2995 on the 10th on the next month after the course commences.
Note: Enrolments cannot be processed until the first payment is received. All course fees include a $200 non-refundable administration fee.
